ACP Wrestling Donation Drive

We all have boxes of old toys that we don’t play with or old clothes that don’t fit us anymore, and to be honest, many of us don’t really know what to do with them. For example, I have an entire bag filled with toys that I don’t play anymore, and it’s just laying there in my closet (though, to be fair, it’s hard to let them go so easily). Regardless, if you don’t know what to do with all that clutter, well, you’re in luck! Our Wrestling team has joined forces with Goodwill, an American nonprofit organization that provides community-based programs for people who are unable to get a job, and have arranged an In-Store Donation Drive. It will take place on Saturday, August 28 (a little more than a week from now) at 2825 E. Ocotillo Rd, also known as the Goodwill that is across the street from ACP. ACP Wrestling will earn money for every item that is donated; more donations means more funding for the Wrestling team! It will take place from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M, and the flyer MUST be presented or the fundraiser MUST be mentioned in order for the donation to count toward the Donation Drive. A few of the items that are acceptable for donation include, but are not limited to: books, clothing, toys, jewelry, shoes, pictures, electronics, and more. A few of the items that are NOT acceptable for donation include lard appliances, televisions that are more than five years old, building materials, flammables, hygiene products, and more. The complete list of what is accepted and what is not accepted is on this flyer:
