New to ACP: Student Edition
With so many new teachers and faculty joining our ever-growing community here at ACP Erie, the number of students has also been increasing steadily each year, with a new record of over 800 students attending our campus for the 2018-2019 school year. One of these students, Brooke Staples, has adhered to tell us what she thinks of our astonishing and gratifying school so far. Brooke, a sweet little freshman (9th grader), moved to ACP from Santan Junior High School, located in Chandler. Here’s what she had to say:
Q: Why did you decide to come to ACP?
A: I decided to come because of the classes and environment it had.
Q: Do you like it so far?
A: Yes.
Q: Is there anything specific about ACP that you like? Why?
A: I like the teachers because they always want what’s best for you.
Q: What do you think of the teachers? Any favorites?
A: I love the teachers. I really like Ms. Hester (English) and Mr. Montañ0 (Geometry/College Algebra).
Q: Is there anything you wanted to let new coming students know?
A: The beginning is challenging, but the workload gets easier to handle as time goes on.
Thank you, Brooke, for giving us a huge insight on the life of a new student in high school. As always Knights, remember to strive for the impossible and be extraordinary!
