KOS Presents: Peter And The Starcatcher
Every year, the school drama club, known as KOS (Knights on Stage, pronounced Chaos) puts on two shows: a fall play and a spring musical, and coming up this week is the fall play, Peter and the Starcatcher. Based off of the book by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, later adapted into a Broadway play by Rick Elice, Peter and the Starcatcher tells the origin story of many characters from Peter Pan, from the Iconic hero of Peter Pan, to the best Pirate antagonist known to theater. Many of the characters are from Neverland, a mystical place that we grew up hearing through literature, movies, and shows. Any person can instantly recognize these characters shown within the play. It shines light on these characters and explains who they were before the events of the story.
KOS is putting on the show in the ACP performing arts center on November fourth, fifth, sixth, twelfth, and thirteenth at 7:30 P.M. You can purchase tickets from the QR codes hung up around the school and join us as we view what circumstances created the characters that we grew up with. Go Knights!
