Get To Know Bridge Bach: Mr. ACP Edition
The first two episodes of Mr. ACP just came out, and the entire student body is so excited for more to come. Mr. ACP is an annual tradition where contestants run to see who will win and claim the title for that year’s Mr. ACP. I had the best time interviewing Bridge Bach, a senior here at ACP who is also running to win the contest.
Q: Why did you decide to be a contestant on Mr. ACP?
A: I knew if I didn’t do it I would regret not taking the chance. So I did it. I highly encourage anyone thinking of participating in a high school activity to do so. 9 out of 10 you won’t regret it.
Q: Tell me an interesting fact about you.
A: I’m from a family of ten people and am only the second tallest at 6’5″.
Q: Why do you want to be the next Mr. ACP?
A: I just want to have a good time. Quite frankly, I could care less who wins. It’s more about the bonds and memories I make than any silly trophy to put on the shelf.
Q: What movie can you watch over and over without ever getting tired?
A: The Emoji Movie starring Sir Patrick Stewart.
Q: What are your hobbies, and how did you get into them?
A: I really enjoy napping. I don’t know why, but I’ve always had a natural act for it. I am remarkably good at getting comfortable on any surface and once I get a pillow? Forget about it. I also enjoy food. Making it, eating it, buying it. The works.
Q: What was the last thing you read?
A: I read “What was the last thing you read?” last.
Q: Would you say you’re more of an introvert or an extrovert?
A: I’m an ambivert. I enjoy talking and being the center of attention, but I also enjoy sitting back and having some time to myself to think and reflect.
Q: Do you have any pet peeves?
A: I hate flat forks with a passion. If your fork is not ergonomically correct, do not give it to me. I will reject it.
Q: What movie title best describes your life?
A: The Emoji Movie starring T.J. Miller
Q: What city would you most like to live in?
A: I quite like Vancouver.
Q: Who inspires you? Why do you aspire to be like?
A: Former Director of the FBI James Comey inspires me. He did his job honestly and with integrity and is also the only figure in government taller than 6’7″, coming in at a height of 6’8″. He’s also devilishly handsome.
Q: Dead or alive, who would be your ultimate dinner party guests?
A: I would love to eat dinner with Sebastian Javadpoor. He won’t return my calls though.
Q: Would you like to be famous? If so, what for and why or why not?
A: I think the life of fame is overrated but the money that comes with it is not.
Q: Who was your favorite teacher in school, and why did you like them?
A: Sims. She mentored me and helped me through some of the toughest parts of my life without judgment or critique. For that, I am eternally grateful.
A huge thank you to Bridge for taking the time to answer these questions for us! Good luck in Mr. ACP! Knights, make sure to check out the next episodes of Mr. ACP, to be released next week!
