Hello, my name is Rahaell Ikram. I’m a sophomore in the class of 2026 here at ACP, and this is my first year being part of the newspaper team. I’ve always enjoyed writing, but I never did much with it until I saw this class as an elective. I look to find opportunities that improve my writing skills such as this class. When I’m not in school, I’m usually painting, shopping, and spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy volunteering wherever I can because it brings different perspectives on other views of the world. As far as my interest such as music, I don’t have any favorite songs, but I like a variety of different genres. I decided to join Newspaper Class since I only have experience in writing essays, and this presented an opportunity for something different. Being on the Newspaper Team has enabled me to amplify my skills. I am grateful to be able to have this opportunity to write, I look forward to this year, and the memories to be made.
