KOS Showcases their First Production
Ever since ACP first invited students through the front gates, our theater and drama crew have been putting speculation plays and musicals. From remakes of Hamlet and Aladdin, ACP has proved their diverse education experience to be quite exceptional. Knights, our fantastic drama club, Knights On Stage (or KOS, pronounced “chaos”), will be producing Circus Olympus, their first production of 2019.
KOS will be performing their first show, Circus Olympus, on May 2-4 at 7PM in the ACP Cateteria. This show will feature a different perspective on an original take of Greek Mythology. In a short interview with Ashley Gaskin, one of the many performers, she explained that KOS will be on stage performing Greek myths, but with a twist. To see what this show is all about, come down to ACP on May 2-4! If you’re still uncertain if you’d like to see this wonderful performance, take Ashley’s advice: “This show is really funny. It’s laugh your face off funny.” You heard it here, Knights. Circus Olympus is sure to be an enthusiastic take on original Greek Myths, and with the excellent drama crew, this show is one for the books!
Tickets are currently available for $5 at the bookstore and will be raised to $7 when purchased at the door. Furthermore, to honor and celebrate the hard work this club has put in, you can purchase “Shout-Out Stars” after each performance, with large stars selling for $2 and small stars for $1. Make sure to purchase a star for your favorite cast or crew member and write a message on the back! This is a simple way to show your gratitude for the hard work our fellow Knights have tirelessly put in. Make sure to come and support our hardworking and talented drama club!
