This Year’s Science Fair: An Overview

This+Years+Science+Fair%3A+An+Overview

For the past couple of months, ACP’s students have been participating in the school-wide Science Fair. Last Wednesday, February 13th,  ACP students gathered in the library and cafeteria from 5:00 until 6:30 to look at the various projects and experiments completed after weeks and weeks of hard work. Later, from 6:30 until 7, the awards ceremony was held, and many students were bestowed with awards ranging from 1st place to 3rd place.

The five grades were split into two categories: the Junior Division (Eighth Grade) and the Senior Division (High School). All eighth graders who placed will be attending HISEF, and all senior division participants with an asterisk (*) by their name will also be going to HISEF. The Hamilton Invitational Science and Engineering Fair, more commonly known as HISEF, will take place on February 22nd and 23rd. In addition, all students who placed first will be representing ACP Erie at AZSEF in April at the Phoenix Convention Center. Below is a list of students who placed or received an honorable mention.
