ACP’s Annual Talent Show

One of my favorite parts of ACP is the continuous stream of activities available to participate in and to watch.  ACP hosts more events then I can remember, but some of them include, but are not limited to: sports games, the color war, assembly games, the annual International Knights Festival, and so many more! One of my all-time favorite activities is the annual Mr. ACP show. This show has been a tradition at ACP for many years, but if you’re unsure of what this event entails, make sure to keep reading!

Knights, are you interested in showing off your many talents to our school? Well, ACP’s annual Mr. ACP is your chance! Mr. ACP is a talent show where all of ACP’s male students are cordially invited to compete for the prestigious title of Mr. ACP. If your are interested in auditioning for the talent show, make sure to stop by the office to pick up an application form. All applications are due February 8 to Mrs. Michaelson, or to Mrs. Michaelson’s mailbox.

In the past, we have had our students compete by singing, dancing, and even telling jokes. If these are not your strong suits in a talent show, have no fear! Everyone is welcome to showcase their most jaw-dropping talents in front of our student body. In the past, one of ACP’s alumni, Cameron Lopez, was crowned Mr. ACP for his fantastic singing voice two times! Knights, this competition is all about finding your creativity and what makes you unique, while also showing our student body your incredible talents.

Students, you must know before applying that there is a $5 application fee per applicant. If you have any other questions regarding the show, feel free to contact Mrs. Michaelson and Ariel Law for further clarification. Knights, make sure to participate in this opportunity by either competing or watching the competition. Mr. ACP is surely a night you won’t forget!
