Upcoming 4th Quarter Sports
As we start the season finale of the school year of 2022-2023, there are a few more events that will be taking place in and out of our school grounds; one of these events being our 4th Quarter sports!
This year, our 4th Quarter sports are baseball, softball, beach volleyball, boys volleyball, tennis, golf, and track. There will be many games that will be taking place over the course of this quarter including games at Hamilton High School, Westwood High School, and Crimson High School. Our teams will be playing against schools such as Mesquite, Campo Verde, Chandler, and Seton Catholic Prep. For more information on the games, you can go to the school website, click “Athletics” before clicking “Sports Schedules” and coming to this link here. On Wednesday, March 29th, our Varsity and JV Softball won against Mesquite, so if you are interested in seeing more of their games as they succeed this season, be sure to check out when and where their next game is!
Need more convincing? Well, here are not one, but two students who will be participating in this year’s 4th Quarter sports: Journie Turner and Skylar Baldwin. Journie is doing Track and Field for the first time. She hopes to build new relationships with peers and coaches while also finding love for a new sport. For Skylar, it is her second year of participating in Girls Flag Football. She’s grateful to be a part of a growing program as this club becomes an official AIA sport next school year. She loves the community that this sport provides and she hopes to gain experience, build new friendships, and leave a positive mark on the program. Good luck to both Skylar and Journie!
If you have any questions about our 4th Quarter sports, refer to the Athletics website which can be found here. As always, have a great day, Knights, and remember to strive for the impossible and be extraordinary!
